Woolley building renovations
Most months I find myself announcing projects early in the pipeline, perhaps too early, before they are finalised or committed.
This month I would like to share the exciting news that initial scoping works for the renovation of the Woolley building have commenced. At this stage, the timeline is still distant, but if the project is confirmed, commencement would not be until the second half of next year at the earliest. A complete building shutdown would be required for at least 6 months. We will work out some alternative office arrangements before then.
Scope: Window replacements, paint, lighting, bathrooms, kitchens, insulation, carpets. We have realised the matter of sound insulation and looking into possible small layout changes if required.
At the same time, the temporary office block (EOS House) will be removed, currently in poor condition and unused for many years.
