·       To ensure purchase card expenses are posted against 2023 budgets, purchase cardholders should acquit their purchase cards transactions in early December to enable sufficient time for supervisors to review and approve before year-end.

Housekeeping:

Before we sign off for the year, please don’t forget:
·       clean out the fridges and remove perishable items from the kitchens;
·       take home any personal items from your office or locker;
·       turn off computers and other electronics at the wall and turn off the lights to save power;
·       ensure windows and doors are closed and locked;
·       set up an out-of-office notice on your email and voicemail.

As the year comes to a close, I would like to thank everyone for supporting the administration team while we work on simplifying various business processes, and ensuring compliance with ANU policies, procedures and guidelines to provide efficient administration services to the School.

Lastly, I would like to convey my special thanks to the RSAA administration team for their support in keeping the School running smoothly throughout the year.

Wishing everyone a happy and relaxing holiday season. See you in 2024.
