As we step into the new year, so do the activities of the IDEA committee. The team has been at work preparing the application for the ASA Pleiades Award. As highlighted in the draft circulated recently, efforts and progress in this space at RSAA continue to grow steadily, thanks to everyone's contributions. A heartfelt thank you to those who have already provided feedback. For those who haven’t yet, you are welcome to share your comments and input on the draft by 5 February.

In collaboration with the ANU Respectful Relationships Unit, we are organising a few training sessions for the year. The first one, 'Understanding Harmful Behaviours and Responding to Students in Distress', is scheduled to run 13 March, from 1–3 PM in the CSO Common Room.
