Hello everyone, Happy new year!

This month we have a few updates on the financial operations of the School.

Outreach Bookings

As you all know, we run a successful and sizable outreach operation, comprising of school groups, public and private nights. Currently all bookings and payments are processed manually in a slow and cumbersome process. In a few weeks, we will be moving to an online booking system called Rezdy. This will not only be much more efficient, it will also be much easier for customers to book and pay. No doubt, this will result in a significant increase in bookings, furthering our outreach mission. Thank you to Cate and Cristy for all your work on this.

AITC Allocations Model and Project Forecasting Tools

We are making preparations for transiting ATIC to the allocations model and aiming to commence 2025 salary recoveries at the end of February. Along with this change, we are launching some new project forecasting tools. These are currently being tested by a few users and a full role out and the associated training will take place next month. Stay tuned.

General RSAA account management

In line with the tighter ANU financial realities, at RSAA we will also be announcing some tools and assistance to account holders in managing their research and discretionary accounts. More information to be provided shortly.
