Filming at Mount Stromlo

Australian film director Robert Nugent has received authorisation to undertake filming of various activities taking place at Mount Stromlo Observatory, under the supervision of, and in consultation with researchers on the site. Robert plans to visit on a regular basis as part of the PhD project he is working on.  His work will be continuing for the next three years, however ideally he would like to start filming as soon as  possible and when suitable opportunities present themselves in collaboration with RSAA. 

Robert's project is being carried out within the Institute of Culture and Society at the University of Western Sydney - https://www.westernsydney.edu.au/ics/about_us  - under the Australia Research Council Project: “Australia as a space faring nation; imaginaries and practices of space futures”.
