Outreach Update

Published in the RSAA Lunations
Vol1 Issue18 1–31 July 2021

Despite the best efforts of the weather this month, we have still managed to fit in a lot of outreach!

We hosted 10 visits from schools this month alone! We had Mudgee Public (Mudgee NSW), Our Lady of the Rosary (Sydney), Deakin High (Canberra), German International School (Sydney), The Coast Christian School (Newcastle), Orana Steiner School (Canberra), Mitchells Island Public School (Taree, NSW), The Central West Leadership Academy (Dubbo NSW), Glendenning Public School (Sydney), and Towradgi Public School (Wollongong),

Thank you to Jonah Hansen , Raj Mohapatra, Maddie McKenzie, Steph Monty, Wei Shen Oh, Staci Pearlman, Adam Rains, Lachlan Reinstein, and Matt Roth for doing them!

We also hosted 6 private nights in June. Unfortunately we had over a dozen cancelled due to all the cloud and rain.  Hopefully next month is more cooperative!

Excitingly we were able to host The Woodlands Wildlife Sanctuary at Mulligans Flat for a trivia night in the Visitor Centre.  We hope to have more joint events with them in the future!
