Dear Colleagues,
Welcome back! I hope this finds you well after a relaxing break, or if you’re lucky still enjoying your holiday.
You may be wondering why the first Event Horizon for 2018 has come out today? After raising the proposal to review the publication day at the last School Forum, Sue and I have moved to change this to Mondays.
For those submitting an ARC application next month please review the new guidelines outlined in my email of 18th December, and note the offer to have your first 2 pages read by a colleague in RSES, RSC or RSAA.
A reminder that EoI’s are currently open for the Heads of EME and Applied Mathematics. All applications can be sent to the School Manager, Stewart Hilton before the end of January.
