Director's Message

Colleagues,

We have a large number of new HDR students and postdoctoral fellows starting in the School.  Please look out for them, make them aware of upcoming events and make them feel welcome in our community. This of course brings me to this week’s much anticipated rerun of the Staff versus Student lawn bowls event. As usual there will be immense pressure on the students to raise the standard of their performance over that of more recent Staff versus Student contests.

Finally , please note that we will shortly be drawing to a close donations from staff and students to assist the school in+ purchasing Charlie the Crocodile.  If you have been considering making a tax deductible donation please do

 Best wishes

 Steve
